Different design houses and companies are showcasing the best of modern designs at this year’s Dwell on Design, the West Coast’s largest Design Show. At booth #1011, Damian Velasquez of Albuquerque, New Mexico is promoting the Half13, an all-metal contemporary outdoor furniture line. All the furniture pieces in the collection have been made from mild steel and come powder coated for long outdoor use. A designer and builder, Velasquez has been making modern furniture for 20 years.

At this year’s Dwell on Design show at the LA Convention Center, actor Bryan Cranston is displaying his eco friendly 3Palms Project, in collaboration with Resource Furniture. The 3Palms is a zero energy residential property on the beach in Southern California that focuses on smart and green living. With the 3Palms, Cranston is looking for dual certifications under the Passive House and LEED for Homes standards. As of now, only a few homes in the country have managed to get both the certifications.

Have you ever imagined living inside an inflatable house? If yes, you need to check out the inflatable pool house by AirClad, which will be exhibited at the Dwell on Design show at the Los Angeles Convention Center, California next weekend. Dubbed Bubbletecture, the concept of inflatables is getting a great attention owing to the ever-increasing space problems and consumers’ interest in outdoor living. Along with AirClad, Dwell on Design show will also display inflatables from the house of CasaBubble, a California firm that designs Bubble houses.
