Let There Be Light LED lamp

An upshot of an interactive design project by the team of Jimmy Chen, Elisa Dametto, Kenneth Lai and Rachael Eckersley, “Let There Be Light” is a table lamp that responds to the music with its colorful lighting display. The LED display features an arrangement of different colored lights that in rhythm to the tracks being played on the computer. The project involves a program created by using Arduino board, LEDs, a rotation sensor and a slider sensor, which illuminates specific LEDs with respect to the beats.

The LEDs and the PC display can be turned on and off using the rotation sensor. The slider sensor can be used to adjust the volume. By changing the genre, you can customize the ‘Let There Be Light’ LED lamp as per the occasion or the setting.
