Warendorf Hidden Kitchen

At the LivingKitchen 2013, the international kitchen show at international furniture fair IMM Cologne, Warendorf is presenting five of its latest kitchens, including the “Hidden Kitchen”, which has been named “Interior Innovation Award – Winner 2013″ by the German Design Council. The Hidden Kitchen, done in Warendorf Interior Style, showcases the company’s desire to cater to a modern lifestyle. At the touch of a button, this kitchen hides completely behind a solid wall of units.

When closed, Warendorf’s Hidden Kitchen is a sophisticated design object and when opened, it offers you a fully equipped kitchen. When you press the button, the central section of the wall opens (more than five meters) to expose the functional place with food preparation, cooking and storage areas, an extractor fan, a wall panel and shelves in the Titanium color. The working area is lit with the integrated lighting. The base units elegantly conceal the pullouts. The Hidden Kitchen’s surface finish in natural rust is visually striking and at the same time, it radiates a feeling of warmth and harmony in the room. The Warendorf’s hidden kitchen also offers networking of all electrical devices like the audio system, television and the lighting via an iPad integrated into the wall.
