If the price tag seems too hefty, the buyer will also get 20-acres of green Hawaiian countryside along with the hut. The oceanfront hideaway offers magnificent views of the Pacific and the Laupahoehoe countryside. The beautiful Oceanfront Maulua Halei has its own private access road and rocky beach.

You can go fishing, snorkeling, diving or simply sit by the beach and enjoy dolphins, whales and turtles playing just off the shore. The cottage comes complete with a full kitchen and bath, two-car carport and a large open common space for spending leisure time with your family and friends. For an asking price of $2.5 million, this could be the America’s most expensive beach hut. Last year, the most expensive beach hut in Britain was sold for £170,000.
